Steve has a wide variety of experience in information systems. He currently oversees operations in revenue generating production environments operating at 1 billion hits per month. He manages data collection integrity and recoverability for several hundred fortune 500 companies. He has developed web applications using Perl, PHP, shell, and SQL. He runs Linux, Free BSD, and Windows operating systems and is proficient in the following software applications: Nagios, Zenoss, BB, Apache, Tomcat, Postgres, MySQL, Greenplum, Qmail, Postfix, Sendmail, Bind, Heartbeat, LVS, Samba, etc. Steve has developed and deployed web-based curriculum in a distance learning environment--providing technical support and training staff.
